We, Americans of Pakistani heritage, out of respect and appreciation of our cultural and ethnic legacy, and with fealty to both our native land and our adopted home, do hereby proclaim and ordain the establishment of the Pakistani-American Association to collectively uphold our ethical and moral values and preserve our ethnic and cultural heritage for ourselves and our posterity, and to promote friendship and understanding between the peoples of Pakistan and the United States.

The PAA is a non-Profit organization that provides a forum to promote the cultural and educational values of Pakistani-Americans living in Tampa Bay, Florida.
